Terms and Conditions – Freedom Tours Quad Bike Tours

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your booking and participation in quad bike tours organized by Freedom Tours Canarische Eilanden, S.L., located at Calle Hermano Pedro Betancourt 13, Edf. Kanal, Local B, 3860 Los Cristianos, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, CIF B76738509.

By booking a quad bike tour through freedomtours.eu, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Reservations must be made through our website freedomtours.eu.

  • Payment must be made in full before the commencement of the tour.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards via online transfers and cash on arrival.

3. Participation Criteria

  • Drivers must be at least 16 years old with written proof.

  • Drivers must hold at least a provisional or full driving license. We accept provisional licenses including scooter 50cc licenses (European AM License).

  • Passengers must be a minimum height of at least 120 cm tall.

  • Participants must provide their driver’s license or a clear photo of it before the tour begins.

4. Tour Inclusions

  • Free pick-up and drop-off from designated hotels or collection points in Los Cristianos, Las Americas, and Adeje.

  • Helmets and necessary safety equipment provided by the organiser (mandatory).

  • Safety training session on quad riding basics.

  • Water and snacks during the tour.

  • Accident insurance coverage for all participants.

5. Tour Operation

  • Tours operate at the following hours: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, and 20:00.

  • Tours are entirely off-road and structured in two parts: an initial familiarization and capability assessment, followed by a more technical and challenging route, including a stop near Montana Marialla.

  • Participants must ride in group formation and maintain safety distances (5 meters from rocks and other participants).

  • Participants must follow all instructions given by the tour guide at all times.

6. Participant Responsibilities

  • Each participant must take due care of their quad bike. Any damage caused by participants must be compensated within 3 days of the occurrence.

  • Lockers are provided free of charge to store personal belongings during the tour. Freedom Tours is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • All participants must wear appropriate footwear (closed and safe shoes) and adhere to safety briefings provided by Freedom Tours.

7. Pricing

  • Single quad is listed on the Freedom Tours Website

  • Double quad has additional cost and is listed on the Freedom Tours Website

8. Liability and Insurance

  • Freedom Tours holds accident insurance covering medical expenses, permanent incapacity, prosthetics, and rescue operations within the terms specified by Allianz Seguros (policy no. 53034500/41).

  • Freedom Tours accepts no responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses arising from negligence or failure to follow instructions.

9. Maintenance and Safety

  • All quad bikes undergo regular maintenance checks. Participants must report any observed faults immediately.

10. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations or changes must be notified at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur full charges.

11. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Personal data collected during bookings are managed under strict compliance with data protection regulations and will only be used for the intended purposes.

12. Jurisdiction

  • This agreement is subject to Spanish law, and disputes will be settled in the courts of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
